Neal is  pretty amazing! He arrived as a stray but has made it clear that he misses his family and needs to be back at home. We are pretty sure he was someones pet rather than a hunting dog because he is so intent on being with humans. We discovered if given the chance he would jump a 4 foot fence. And he would make it look easy in the process! We love Neal because he is so fun to play with, and when he gets the zoomies, he acts like a young whippersnapper beagle boy.
